Are you carrying a heart for your town or city and looking for the tools, relationships and vision to see lasting transformation?
The City Leaders Training Programme is a new, year-long journey designed to equip and inspire leaders across the UK in unity-based leadership. Whether you’re an emerging leader, part of a unity steering group, or a seasoned leader seeking fresh perspective, this course will deepen your understanding, sharpen your skills, and connect you with a wider movement of hope.
Through monthly online sessions, a two-day retreat, one-to-one mentoring and real-life city stories, you’ll explore what it means to lead with wisdom, resilience and Kingdom vision. You’ll gain practical tools for city transformation, rooted in prayer, relationship, and long-term thinking.
Join us as we invest in leaders for the good of places, confident that God is on the move in towns and cities across our nations.
Course Overview
The City Leaders Training Programme will run from September 2026 to June 2027 and is designed to be both accessible and impactful. It blends rich teaching, practical tools and personal support, rooted in the shared desire to see towns and cities flourish.
What to expect:
- 10 monthly online sessions, usually 10:00 – 11:30am on the 2nd Tuesday of the month
- In-person retreat, in Manchester, in October 2026 for deeper connection and growth
- Mentoring to help you apply learning to your local context
- Real city stories from across the UK and beyond
- Downloadable content and light reading between sessions

- Unity and Oneness
You’ll also have the opportunity to create a 10-year vision plan for your town or city using the 1414 model, and connect with others walking a similar journey of city-based leadership.
